Tips and suggestions to ensure we do not overspend on our telephones.

A parent's busy life with lots to arrange and little time to see friends means that we all rely heavily on the phone to keep ourselves organised  and to keep in touch with each other. Sadly, though, the cost of all those calls is often horrendous! Frequently deals that are advertised as being cheaper turn out to save very little or to be backed up by poor customer service. But there are cheap and efficient systems out there - foremost amongst which is the fairly new innovation of using the internet to make telephone calls. Please tip us off to any system (internet or otherwise) which you have used or are using which has worked well and, of course, saved you money.
